I have never had any problems with any of the services of Virgin Media (formerly a customer of Telewest).

I am so happy with the service that I would always recommend my customers to go with them.

It was NTL and Telewest/Blueyonder. They were separate, but then NTL bought Telewest, then they rebranded as Virgin Media.

I thought it was only previous NTL customers that couldn't use OpenDNS, but the Telewest/Blueyonder ones were fine before and after the rebrand?

Thats beacuse the problem was with a router of theres in the Cambridge, so if your not in Cambridge there shouldnt have been an issue.

I am with virgin and in the watford area and have been using openDNS for a good few months now!
