They were separate, but then NTL bought Telewest, then they rebranded as Virgin Media. I thought it was only previous NTL customers that couldn't use OpenDNS, but the Telewest/Blueyonder ones were fine before and after the rebrand? It was NTL and Telewest/Blueyonder. I am with virgin and in the watford area and have been using openDNS for a good few months now!
