We made some updates to our support system yesterday and as a consequence, our contact email was down for a half-day. We messed up and we’re sorry. If you wrote in during that time, please give us another chance and resend your email. We’ll be snappy in our reply.

Are there also problems with delays using open DNS? I’ve been using OpenDNS for a while now without fault, but the past couple of days has been a nightmare browsing. Changing to my ISP DNS servers solved the problem. I prefer Open DNS, but assume there are problems at the moment?

Carl – We aren’t aware of any issues. Do you mind elaborating?
I also replied to your email a few minutes after we received it. Feel free to reply to that, or comment here – whichever you prefer.
Thanks,

Aashish, I trust your problem was temporary. I would like to remind everyone about CacheCheck (http://cache.opendns.com/), since it helps diagnose (and sometimes solve) these problems with bad DNS on the site owner’s end.
