We made some updates to our support system yesterday and as a consequence, our contact email was down for a half-day. We messed up and we’re sorry. If you wrote in during that time, please give us another chance and resend your email. We’ll be snappy in our reply. ![]()

Are there also problems with delays using open DNS? I’ve been using OpenDNS for a while now without fault, but the past couple of days has been a nightmare browsing. Changing to my ISP DNS servers solved the problem. I prefer Open DNS, but assume there are problems at the moment?

Carl - We aren’t aware of any issues. Do you mind elaborating?
I also replied to your email a few minutes after we received it. Feel free to reply to that, or comment here - whichever you prefer.
Thanks,

Aashish, I trust your problem was temporary. I would like to remind everyone about CacheCheck (http://cache.opendns.com/), since it helps diagnose (and sometimes solve) these problems with bad DNS on the site owner’s end.
